What to Expect
This beach tour involves beach activities including and not limited to swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, boat rides and stay at leisure among other things. While here can one make a full-fledged wildlife tour to the Grand Tsavo East National Park, quite famous for the red elephants, mesmerizing landforms and man-eating lions that used to attack the railway builders. The Mombasa visit is not complete without sampling the local cuisine which is highly influenced by the ancient Chinese, Arabs, Persians, Indians and the local original coastal bantu inhabitants.
Your Adventure Begins
Day 1
You arrive in Mombasa "Gateway to East Africa: either by flight, road or train in time for check-in at your world-class beach resort where you'll relax while enjoying a special super-mix gourmet of Afro-Arabo and Far-East Cuisine. Dinner and overnight at your beach hotel
Day 2
After breakfast, you enjoy the real tropical sun while swimming under the azure African skies with options of other water sports e.g. scuba diving, snorkeling and water-skiing. After lunch is spent at leisure with options of either continuing with your sea experience, swimming in your hotel pool or enjoying a cool drink with an African touch and presence in the restaurant. Dinner and overnight at your beach hotelÂ
Day 3
After breakfast, you set out for a full-day excursion where you'll have a Mombasa City Tour that includes a visit to the imposing 500+ year old Fort Jesus, Mji-Wa-Kale and the landmark "Pembeni" Elephant Tusks. Ensure you take note of the ancient Middle & Far East influence in this city. For lunch will you enjoy Pilau", a traditional Swahili rice dish. Later in the afternoon a visit to the Haller Park will cap your day. Evening return to your resort for refreshment, dinner and overnight
Day 4
After breakfast you check out of your hotel and transfer to your departure terminal for your journey back to Nairobi, marking the end of your East African beach holiday
